Cancellation & Refund Policy

- Free cancellation if made before 7 days of the check-in date.
- 50% charge of the total booking if cancelled within 7 days of the check-in date.
- 100% charge (no refund) for no-shows or same-day cancellations.

- Changes to reservations (e.g., dates or number of guests) are allowed up to 3 days before check-in, subject to availability.
- Refund Process
- Eligible refunds will be processed via Bank Transfer within 2–3 working days.
- Non-Refundable Bookings
